"I’m a musician: a concert harpsichordist, and I also play fortepiano and clavichord.

Born and raised in Ireland, I grew up drinking more tea than wine, but Fabrice passed on his love of wine to me and we had no hesitation in throwing ourselves wholeheartedly into the Château Sirio adventure.

Besides – a sign of fate? – it was often said in my family that a distant ancestor owned vines in the Bordeaux area in the 18th century..."

"I spent several years at the head of a carpentry workshop specialising in the restoration of historical
Parisian-born and a lover of fine wines, I always had in mind that one day I would own my own vineyard.

I thrive to produce wines that people will enjoy drinking with their family and friends."

Fired by this dream to have our own vines in the Bordeaux area, we traveled the region for a number of years
before coming across the Château Sirio winery.

We were immediately charmed by the surroundings, the vines bordered by the forest land, the coolness from the nearby Garonne river...

The size of the estate with its 12 hectares of AOP Graves land corresponded exactly to what we had imagined – a small family property where we could really feel at home.

An in-depth analysis of the soil confirmed that this was a terroir of great potential. So we jumped at it and
acquired the property in early 2015.

No matter the situation, Jérôme will always smile.

Since then, we are delighted to work with Jérôme, our cellar master, Vincent, our vineyard manager, and Pascal, our consultant oenologist. The whole team is dedicated to producing wines which fully express this fine Graves terroir, subtle but with plenty of character.

We are proud that our work has already received critical acclaim and our wines have won several medals!
